- 2 oz. Aged rum
- .5 oz. Triple Sec
- .75 oz. House Made Orgeat Syrup
- .75 oz. lime juice
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters (optional)

Instructions:
- add ice to cocktail glass
- combine all ingredients into a shaker
- add ice to shaker
- shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- strain cocktail into your cocktail glass
- garnish
- serve and enjoy
If you want to get real funky with your mai tai, you could split the bass spirit, we like to do some kind of aged rum, and dark rum, or aged rum and jamaican rum. Also for some added insta quality, don't combine the angostura when you shake the drink. instead add a few dashed to the top of the drink before you serve it.
