La Crema

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Vodka (however if you're a whiskey fan this drink is knock your socks off good with whiskey)
• 1 oz. House Made Black Pepper Coriander Syrup
• 1 oz. Averna
• 2 oz. cold brew

Glass:

• Coupe

Garnish:

• none
  

Instructions:

1. combine all ingredients into shaker
2. add ice
3. shake vigorously for 10 -15 seconds
4. strain cocktail into couple
5. serve and enjoy

If you don't know how to make cold brew, just stick some coffee grounds in water and leave it in the fridge overnight, the next day strain out the grounds to use. Or if you're in a hurry they sell unsweetened cold brew just about everywhere now.

You can also swop out the Black Pepper syrup for Orgeat and to create a wonderful variation.
