Cucumber Lemon Spritz

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Gin
• .75 oz. lemon juice
• .5 oz. St. Germaine
• .25 oz. House Made Original Syrup
• Sliced cucumbers / lemon wedge / mint
• Top with Sprite or 7up

Glass:

• Wine Glass

Garnish:

• Mint Bouquet & Lemon Wedge

Instructions:

1. combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 10 - 15 seconds
3. Dirty dump all the contents of the shaker into the glass
4. Top with sprite
   
5. Garnish
6. serve and enjoy

For a less sweet version try topping with soda water or a sparkling wine like prosecco!
